Resources For Pill Id?

I have a pill that I have been unable to identify. Can someone help me find out what it is or point me to a resource? it is a yellowish flat round pill scored on one side with "MICRO" imprinted on the other side. Please help me to determine what this is.

Can you give me an idea of the approximate size?


I haven't found a listing to match this, so far and the imprint makes me suspect that it may be an over the counter product.
