Anxiety is a problem I have. I had it for 2 years.im 43 now.i didn't know what was going on with me.i went for medical advice. I told them my problems(fast heart rate.head numb,nervous.). And it would last for 4to 5 daystheweird thing is .when I wakeup I have anxiety all day.around 730 at night it magically goes away.weird.i taken 60 mg of remeron .it was way to much I cut down to 7.5mg in the morning and 15mg at night. I just started buspar 5 mg three times a day.i seemed to keep going to the benzos they work good but I know I will have keep taking higher dosages cause you get used to it and its been hard getting off them.how can I knock the anxiety out any advice. That fact that it goes away at night usually when it starts getting dark. Has anyone experienced that? ## Reading this,...

Been on Mirtazapine for 5 days now. Worked almost imediatly for me after the first night however I felt very groggy the next day. Doc perscribed this for me to bridge the gap from weening off of Paxil. Not sure if I will stay on it for the long run. Conserned that it may raise trigliceride levels. Anyone have any information on this? Thanks ## Before you start believing Remeron works because you feel better, be aware that it is a psychoactive drug (cocaine, benzos, opium, etc. also make some people feel better); therefore, the feeling effects caused by the drug (as opposed to those caused by your brain's adjusting to them): 1. vary from person to person. Remeron immediately makes some people feel MUCH worse. 2. are temporary (until you brain adjusts, which is the mechanism of physic...

I know someone who got off, but it was necessary, extremely unpleasant, and "ain’t over yet". Started the person at a good psychologist, twice weekly (beware of psychiatrists, over a period of 12 months, 5 of them took this person from HAMD-24 mildly depressed to almost clinically depressed). Didn't start tapering mirtazapine until calculated plasma levels of Cymbalta were essentially zero (about a month, using as little Ativan as possible, as needed - less than 5 mg once a day and not every day). From then until calculated blood plasma levels of mirtazapine were essentially nil took another 3 months, but it had to go too fast because of reacting to half the maximum mirtazapine dose with bad anxiety that continued until calculated blood plasma levels were ...

Was wondering if it ok to take 60mg methadone in morning also benzodiazapam 1-2mg twice a day and 30mg of remeron at night? Very scared so would like to know please. ## All of the medications you mentioned can cause depression of the central nervous system and taking them all at the same time can worsen these effects. So you need to be aware of the trouble signs to watch for, such as extreme sedation, shallow breathing, lowered heart rate and other similar issues. Learn more Methadone details here. Learn more Benzodiazepine details here. Learn more Remeron details here. Which specific Benzodiazepine do you take? ## Are there rehab facilities I guess thats what it would be called for depression

I am on Rispadol with epitec(100). I have started to gain weight. I want to know if there is not another type of medication I can take instead of the Rispadol. I am having a lot of headaches and battle to sleep. ## I have been using Remeron 30mg for a month now. I am Diagnosed with Bi-polar. I am starting to gain weight. i need to find out what else I can take instead of Remeron that will not let me gain weigt. (I dont mind loosing). ## Have you consulted your doctor? Risperdal is a very potent antipsychotic medication. And Remeron contains the active ingredient Mirtazapine, which is an antidepressant. Either one, or both, may be causing your weight gain, but only your doctor can help you determine the culprit and find a proper solution, so you know if one of them needs to be changed. T...

I want to know if there is any documented interaction between these two medications. I was prescribed the Remeron (30 mg) to take it at night and the Nuvigil (150 mg) in the morning. I have been experiencing a strange sensation when I move my head quickly or go up/down the steps. The sensation leaves me for a brief second feeling as if I was on a boat or on a wave. I also experience increased ringing in my ears but no pain. I don't have headaches but the sensation is very uncomfortable. My doctor doesn't seem to think it is due to the medications and that perhaps there may be something affecting my balance system which has not been identified yet. Do you have any information? ## There are no interactions listed between the two medications, however, Nuvigil contains Armodafinil, ...
