Regestrone Tablet And Missed Period

I am taking Regestrone. My pregnancy test is negative but I missed my period. So how would I know that I am pregnant or not. I am very tensed, if I am pregnant will this tablet affect the baby .Please give me suggestion.

My period date is 17march but no get my period on 19 i did pregnance test which is negative my doc ask m to take regestrone 2 tab daily i still not got m period how do i know whether i m preganent or not . Or tab effect my baby .or after how many days i get my period after taking regestrone. Please help

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, spotting, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.

However, Swati, if your tests were negative, then it isn't likely that you are pregnant. You may just be experiencing a hormonal imbalance. Are you on any medications? Do you have any diagnosed medical conditions?
