I found one too. Did some research because it didn't come up in any pill identifiers. Turned out to be Caverta, a generic form of Viagra.

Hello,

Just to confirm, I have also identified the pill in the description as Caverta which contains the active ingredient Sildenafil.

Sildenafil is used to relax muscles and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body.

Sildenafil, under the name Viagra, is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in men. Another brand of sildenafil is Revatio, which is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for: Sildenafil Details

I hope this helps!

I found a red triangle-shaped pill in my husband's van. It has an imprint of 100 on it. What is it for?
