Red And Yellow Capsule No Markings

Trying to identify a capsule that is yellow on one end and red on the other. There are no markings.

Do you have any thoughts as to what it is supposed to be, or any other details such as the packaging or where it was obtained? Without any markings it could very well be an over the counter supplement or medication.
