Raciper 40 Use

Patient feeling headache, slight nausea, drowsiness. She is taking one tablet daily at morning meal. What measures may be taken. Due to drowsiness patient is not wanting to sit for long time. Just after 15 minutes she wants to sleep. Her age is about 75 years. She is taking absolutely boiled foods daily. But did not want to eat. Appetite is very low. Physically she is very weak and mentally also. What steps may be taken ?
