Rinifol is just a nutritional supplement that contains a variety of vitamins that are essential to your overall health.

Thus, it doesn't necessarily have a specific treatment purpose, unless you are deficient in one of the vital nutrients it contains, but it can be beneficial to you.

The only known side effect is nausea, since they can be a bit strong for some people, so you may need to take it with food.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Avoid water getting in ears- causes bacterial infection. Use ear plug during showering. Ear drum can be patched, cartilage patch from your own ear works best, no flying after surgery. Treat infection with antibiotics - try topical first and then oral and topical if symptoms persist. Unattended infection can cause meningitis of the brain - which is life threatening, so don't let drainage from ear continue

Use antibiotics to stop ear infection as this may lead to meningitis, a deadly brain infection. Use ear plugs to avoid ear getting in touch with water. Colds can also result in re infection as lying on your back causes fluid to collect behind ears. Ear drum can be replaced or patched with cartilage from your own ear, works best.
All the best

Most people who get ulcers in the mouth are deficient in Vitamin B12 and Rinifol contains this essential vitamin. This is the perfect medication for mouth ulcers related to vitamin B12 deficiency.
