i found out what this pill is. the red capsule with the numbers 93/3147 is cephalex. it is an antibiotic.

This pill I take because I have the stamach virose, streck throat, naisieation, and diarrea. The pill says 93 3147 on one side. You have too take 2 a day for 10 days is what my doc. told me for you it might be different?

those both are cephalexin which are used to treat any type of infection. to be honest those pills taste like crap.
