its a tan tablet with the word PRASCO 534 on the tablet

Found an exact match it's light green, oblong, and has PRASCO 534 ON IT, it is R-Tannate. R-Tannate is used to treat runny or stuffy nose, watery eyes, and other symptoms caused by allergies or the common cold.
