Question Regarding Brintellix, Tramadol, And Gabapentin

I we recently put on an antidepressant called Brintellix 10mg. However i have been on tramadol 50mg 2x a day for over 2 years and 300mg gabapentin 3x a day for 2 years. As well as norco 7.5 3x day. I've only been on brintellix a week and nervous that maybe that's too much serotonin medicine. Does that make sense?

Yes, it does make sense and it is a possible risk. Serotonin syndrome can be very dangerous.

Have you had any other symptoms aside from the tiredness?

The main concern is the Tramadol with the Brintellilx, mixing them does carry a strong warning about the possible dangers and advises that alternative medications be used.

I take similar meds as you.
Been on Brintellix 10 mg a few weeks, also 100 mg Zoloft (down from 200mg). I stopped tapering off Zoloft because I felt good. Will probably go down to 50mg Zoloft soon to see what happens. Wondering if perhaps they work well together. Wondering if I should go up to 20mg on Brintellix. Just want to feel well (normal).

I also take daily for chronic neck pain: Lyrica 300mg, Tramadol ER 100mg.
Hydrocodone only PRN.
