Hello, Neoza! How are you?

It depends on what's causing the sores. Purbac is an antibiotic that is only effective at treating or preventing bacterial infections.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, the sores could be due to oral thrush or canker sores and, if that is the case, the antibiotic will not help.

Have you consulted a doctor for a diagnosis?
