Protegra Cardio Availability

Where can I purchase Protegra Cardio? CVS says it it's been discontinued with no replacement information. I have used these for ten years.

I hope you find an answer as we have spent the better part of two days trying to find this product too. Not sure what can substitute it though if in fact it is discontinued.
