Are Propan vitamins with iron effective?

What I know is that the reason why you have to take vitamins everyday or if u want to try for 7 days is that it can take upto 1 week for the vitamins to take effect. But for some vitamins, like stresstabs, you can see the result the following day. In my experience, of course. It might not work for some people. But propan for me, took effect after 1 week.

Hello im 20 years old kahit anu-anong vitamins na po tini-take ko pero wala parin pag babago sa katawan ko 38kg lang po ako. Propan really helps me. I just want to know lang po if its really effective para po naman mag bago na shape ng body ko at timbang ko po asap i'll buy it talaga.

Hello!! I would like to share my story ever since high school i only weight 40kg until now and i tried Propan with Iron last Sept 2017 and I gain 5kilo with in 1 month so for me effective yong Propan with Iron I drink Everyday for 1 month after breakfast sinamahan ko po nang pag inom ng milk for 2 weeks pero depende naman po yon sa katawan kung pano e ti-take yong vitamins.
