Propan With Iron As A Sleep Aid

It's hard for me to get a good night's sleep. Can this vitamin help or what vitamin should I take to have a good night's sleep? Thanx.

Propan with iron should help a little, as it contains Vitamin B6 and B12; but I personally think it will be more effective if you combine it with Vitamin D, folic acid, and B3. It is however best to get your vitamins from food rather than supplements if at all possible.

Vitamin D deficiencies contribute to sleep irregularities (this may or may not be an issue for you). When you don't have enough, it affects your pineal gland's ability to regulate your circadian rhythms. These rhythms signal the cascade of sleep hormones involved in going to sleep and waking up.

B Vitamins, especially B6, is also essential to sleep hormone production. B6, magnesium and vitamin D all affect melatonin production. Additionally, B12 and folic acid (another type of B vitamin) and B3 (niacin) help keep the adrenal glands healthy so they don't secrete abnormally at night, leading to insomnia and sleep interruption.
