My boyfriend took 4 (of the zc02) promethazine tablets. He is restless and can't sleep. He says he can't breath and that everything seems closed in. I have a bad lung infection and cough that I have been battling for a while. Its a nasty wet and dry coug. I have brown flem that has little particles of something that is brown, its pretty scary to me. Im 19 now but have dealt with this for about 3 years now, it keeps coming back and the pain is just really annoying. Ive used the syrup once when the cough was bad about 14 months ago when my aunt had some, worked like a charm with a small dosage. I already deal with chronic joint pain and use medical marijuana as my substitute and works fine (have my prop 203 card). However my cough is painfull and wont let me sleep at night. I'm having problems getting my prescriptions filled at cvs because the pharmacist doesn't feel comfortable filling it. I have been prescribed promethazineDM for over a year now but my allergies have been so bad I had to start getting the codeine instead of the DM. The pharmacist said that I have been prescribed the medication too much but this is only my 3rd prescription with the codeine and they all have only been 4oz each. I haven't smoked since 5/6 and today is 7/23 and I failed for marijuana and a faint line for methamphetamine (which I have never smoked) on a 5 panel dip test.
