A Doctor prescribe to me Promethazine when got so dizzey and want to blockout when I sit from my bed. I took Promethazine and makes me feel better but after an hour I had a very bad feeling like very nauseatic and lighheadedness. Is this the side effect of the medicine? I am on Hypertension medication and arrythmia medication.

It sounds like you are experiencing side effects of this medication. Some of the listed side effects include "Drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, more rarely vertigo" [1], so it seems right on par with what you are experiencing. I would recommend reporting this to your doctor, as they may decide to switch your dosage and/or medication, especially since you are taking other drugs in conjunction with the Promethazine. I am suffering from severe morning sickness with my pregnancy. I just was prescribed phenagan for nausea. I suffer with anxiety as well will this medication help with that!
