Promethazine Dosage Info

I need information on my prescription Promethazine. I've had a kidney infection and misplace instructions on it. Could you please help me out?

I'm a hospital work who was stuck by a dirty needle in a patient's sweater. Tested positive for HepC. I am also taking a HIV cocktail. It's to curtail the virsus. How would IC Promethazine 12.5 mg tabs help in the nausea I am experiencing.
