You should sit while putting those on your vagina then push it upwardly inside thats what my OB told me

Hi, My dr. was told me to take Progesterone Soft Gelatine Capsules 200mg for 10 days at bed time. But don't know how to use oral or veginal??? Kindly help me. Recently I did D&C. My bleeding was not stopped.

How many softgel caps should I insert vaginally? 1 or 2? My ob told me that if I take it orally I may feel dizzy afterwards.

My period is 2 months delayed and my doctor prescribed me a progesterone soft gel 200mg pill to take 2 times a day orally for 5 days. I am done with my medication but I still don't have my period yet. I am also negative in my p.t. When will I have my next period? Please help.
