I have a round white pill with a v on one side and a split on the other side with 51 30 on the back. Found in my grandsons room. I was on 1,500mg of primidone a few weeks ago and my doctor went down to 500mg.because of a med mistake. It was really helping my mental health. Now i am anxious, irratable and just extremely emotional...what is wrong? 5131 V Yellow, Round Tablet ## Wallsrx lists this as Primidone 250mgs, a generic for Mysoline, a barbituate that is used to control seizures. However, I could not confirm this on any other site, and it is not listed in my professional database.
