Prednicare Tablets Shelf Life

is it ok to use prednicare tablets that are dated 20/8/2010 for my dogs swollen paw she had the same condition last year

I'd suggest talking to your veterinarian. I am not familiar with the use of medications in animals, but I can tell you that this contains Prednisolone. It's a steroid class medication and most of them lose effectiveness over time.

Thus, there is a chance it may not work as well and her swelling might not be from the same thing that it was previously.
