I picked up a prescription for slow-k and there is no imprint on the pills, generally it has slow-k printed on it. What are the chances this is a counterfeit? Found pill in medcine cabinet and was currious as to what it was. ## This is called Klor-Con M20 Extended Release, it contains 20meqs of Potassium, this is used to replace low potassium levels in people with a deficiency.
