I picked up a prescription for slow-k and there is no imprint on the pills, generally it has slow-k printed on it. What are the chances this is a counterfeit? If it is likely to be, what should I do? ## I haven't received any reply to this, someone please? ## If you feel concerned, I would take that pill to your nearest pharmacy and ask you pharmacist. oblong rounded ends, white, one side has a line in the center and the other side has the imprint code. Found pill in medcine cabinet and was currious as to what it was. ## This is called Klor-Con M20 Extended Release, it contains 20meqs of Potassium, this is used to replace low potassium levels in people with a deficiency.
