I know someone who overdosed on Paracetamol tablets but didn't die. She was in the hospital for a while.

Folks,

No one in their right mind will ever provide such information online. Even Dr. Kevorkian would have never been so careless and he was the father of proffering euthanasia options and devices. No one has the right to illicit information to assist in these matters BUT NEITHER SHOULD THOSE LEFT AGONIZING IN UTTER DESPERATION BE RIDICULED FOR THIER DESIRE TO END SUCH UNMITIGATED SUFFERING. I wish I had the one stop answer to all but I do not. If people have valuable humane advice, affirming thoughts or suggestions please post them since we all benefit from this form of altruism. Bless you all.

Very few if any fatalities occur as a result of acetaminophen tablets. They end up hospitalized in excruciating pain of liver failure from paracetamol intoxication. It merely magnifies the depression that accompanies most failed suicide attempts.

It's true what Linda said. Some people are born cursed. They are never meant to have a life and others will never understand as they did not go through things we did. They will criticize us for taking such commitment because they do what they have learned to do. Not a single damn person can feel the pain we deal with everyday.... At least they could be helpful and help us get out of this nightmare (life). Who wants to die??? Unless there is a perfect reason don't judge someone's decision. I am begging you. Believe me you have never gone through what they did....and if it was you, you would also do the same thing...there is no difference....Life is not for some people and it doesn't matter...because we are just playing a role here... There is nothing we can change.

Hey rob....don't you use that tone.... just think would a happy person ever check on this site and ask for KCN or the painkiller. You are right, 98% would have been dead and yes that would end their pain...

To tell someone that paracetamol will do the same thing is just complete bulls***. Cyanide causes complete cell death where as paracetamol can kill you days later from an excruciating death, liver failure. I have taken x 300mg quetiapine, x 25mg paracetamol and x 30mg mirtazapine and still survived after being very ill for days. I don't think people realise just how hard mental illness can destroy lives. You have no idea what hell someone goes through every day. So if you don't understand, don't make ridiculous suggestions and judge us. {edited for safety reasons}
