Positive On Drug Test For Meth Taking No Medications

In a drug treatment program it has been 17 days since i used methamphetamines I am taking no medications and am still testing positive. Why? Trying so hard to get my son. DHS took custody because his father was beating him when he had custody now I have to fight for him but I cant explain the UA's and nobody but my husband believes me.

You're taking no medications, not even over the counter products?

How long were you using it?

It shouldn't be detectable for longer than 5 days after last use.

Who is doing the test? They are lying, falsifying your test results. They do it all the time. They are fawking criminals. They are in the business of selling children. Go to a Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics on your own, and drop some pee for them. It is less than $50. When it comes back clean, write up an affidavit stating that you have not used for 17+ days and include your clean test. Tell them that they have 10 days to file an affidavit of rebuttal to challenge it point by point. They won't. So after 10 days, they have defaulted and your affidavit stands as fact of law. File a Notice of Default stating that they failed to respond in a timely manner and give them 5 more days as a grace period. When they don't, every thing you stated is now a fact and they have no way to defend themselves against it. Now you can file a criminal complain against everyone involved...County and Judge and all persons involved. List all these people on the Affidavit, and notice, etc. File a criminal complaint against them (1 document listing everything they have done stated in your affidavit). I don't know off hand all the monetary values associated, but I do know that you can fine them 10k for each constitutional right they have violated and go from there. So, with this criminal complaint, you file commercial liens on them professionally and personally, and file it all with the county recorder and Secretary of State. Now, you have a lien on their asses, just like the IRS does to us. Take their cars, their homes, and their bonds, which they all have as employees of the corporate FICTION they call govt. These are all corporations, not governments, and they are criminals. You can file the Affidavit and Notice via certified mail. Get them notarized first. Read this document. Lawyers will never tell you this, and they aren't even taught it in law school. It's common law, the highest law of the land, and it trumps all their illegal codes and statutes.
