A little round orange pill. On one side it has PLIVA and on the other side it has 563, what is it?

i found this little piliva pill in my sons room.has a 563 on it could u please help me in knowing what this is ,and used for.

This is Cyclobenzaprine 10mgs, a generic for Flexeril. This is a muscle relaxant used to treat muscular pain and stiffness.
