Please Help Locate Doc In Ct

I am looking for a doctor that can prescribe methadone tablets. I've been in a clinic for almost 8 years I need the medication for chronic back pain due to multiple car accidents. I have two weeks worth of medication take home but for my job I am now starting to Tavel. I was recently in Germany and got stuck there an exta day and didn't have more medication. It was a nightmare I had to get a prescription for tylenol 3 so I could make the 8 hour flight home without bad withdrawal and pain. It was terrible. Tablets from a doctor would help me greatly. Also my insurance isn't accepted I'm a single mom and it's very expensive. Can any one help I'm in Enfield ct. ?

Any doctor can prescribe it for pain, it just has to come from a clinic, when you're being treated for drug addiction.

Thank you for the info. My only choice now is to try ang find a pain management specialist. I'll have to find some local pain management centers around my area. I took this medication at a clinic to get off the regular pain medication now I feel stuck at the clinic and I want other options. Thank you for your reply! Very appreciated.

Sorry if i went off the subject. Methadone is the only thing keeping me from moving back 2 enfield. I been homesick since i moved 2 florida. But i dont know much.about the clinics there n im afraid ill lose my takehomes n have 2 start over.

I go to a clinic in Hartford. I've had takes home for a while. I don't know how it works but I thought that you have to start over as Tara's the take home. Unless it can be arranged for you by the clinic you are at. I totally understand. If you want to email its a bit easier than this site and not so public. Hi michelle. They edited ur email address so i cant email u. I would love to talk to u n get that info. I was born in hartford n grew up in enfield ct. Im 30 now. Methadone is the only reason i havent moved back. I went to enfield st school n jfk middle then moved when i was about to start enfield high. I wish my family never moved everything fell apart when we did. Do they have a clinic in enfield or is hartford the closest?

Started due to addiction to pain medication. But I need the pain medication so this is the only thing that helps all day and I'm on a low dose of 24mg and it works great.
