I can't find this pill anywhere in any database. What is this pill anyone know? It is small in size, probably 40mg. It is pink colored and round shaped. It has an imprint on only one side L141.
Please help me with an answer. Thank you.

I cannot find this listed anywhere, either.

The probable reason for this is that most pills with the L followed by additional numbers are over the counter products.

I've tried every resource that I can think of and am just not finding it.

Does anyone else know what this is?

I believe this is Femotidine, which helps with various stomach acid issues.

I have a box of healthy accents Acid Reducer max strength 20mg that says L141 on each pill.I bought them at harveys grocery store thich is a food lion off brand. I dont like these for heart burn though. I go to PUBLIX grocery store and buy their publix brand Ranitidine tablets that are 150mg and they work great! about $6 or $7 but they are better than prilosec or any of the other ridiculosly expensive brands.

Debbie - you have a pure cocaine pill! You can sell that thing for about 5 grand, or take it and be as high as a kite for 5-7 days straight, your choice.

It is a generic acid blocker famotidine. Probably available repackaged as CVS, Riteaid, Giant, etc. store brand acid reflux meds.

The pill is tiny, .328" or about 5/16" diameter and pale pink.
