I am suffering with piles, causing pain and it is like bubble around my rectum. Please suggest proper medicine available in india.

Hello. I've been suffering from piles for 5 years. I have already consulted an ayurvedic doctor to get cured without surgery. Most of the time that I have gotten medicine my issue gets resolved for some period of time, but now I'm facing piles again when I pass stools. The rectum has been swelling due to this problem. I can't sit or walk... Can you suggest any tablet for swelling/pain? It is a real terrible situation, but if the pain gets alleviated I can consult a doctor for surgery.

I have been suffering from external piles for 3 years and i could not sit properly in my office because of pain & heat inside. I have taken lot of tablets & syrups like pantaljali, himalaya, baidhnayath abhiyarisht and many more, but still haven't recovered from my problem. My dad is having a problem with piles from the last 3 years but within the past month he's been experiencing bleeding while going to the toilet and itching throughout his body. His hemoglobin has also dropped. Please suggest some tablet.
