Hello,

Thank you for the information. I was also able to identify a blue oval shaped pill with the imprint S;L;385 as a Guaifenesin 400mg / Phenylpropanolamine Hydrochloride 75mg. This medication is used to break up congestion and mucus in order to make breathing easier. In addition this medication coats the throat and nasal linings to prevent irritation.

Thanks again for the information. Please post a reply if you have any questions regarding this medication or have addition information to add.
