Pharmacy In Tricities That Will Fill My Subtext.

I have been filling my subutex at Walgreen since December now they will not fill them because I'm not pregnant! No one else at different pharmacies are having this problem. But ever pharmacy I call isn't taking anyone new. I've been out for 5days and scared of relapse. Please help!

This is a controlled substance, which means that if you're just calling pharmacies, you're going to keep getting such answers. They have no way of knowing if the person on the other end of the phone is a legitimate customer with a need, or a potential thief. You'll actually need to go to the pharmacies, with your prescription in hand, to find out if they can fill it.

As to Walgreen's not filling it, since you're not pregnant, they should be able to, if your doctor provides them with documentation on why you can't take Suboxone.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Does anyone else have any advice?

Which walgreens were you going to and what kind were you getting I am pregnant and cant find one place to get them filled can you somehow let me no where its located or the number please

I'm so sorry I wish I had a good answer for you because I know how bad pain gets with no help. I don't live in that region but it seems strange to me that they would want a pregnant woman to take that. The baby would be born addicted so their logic makes no sense. I would ask them to clarify that statement and if they are a reputable pharmacy they should hep you find it if you ask them to. I used to be a pharmacist before I got sick and if we didn't have something we made sure to locate a pharmacy that did. If they won't they are just judging you as an addict and don't want to deal with the drug at all. That's my take on the situation.
