What is the difference between Percodan 325/4.88 and Percocet 325/5? Besides the Aspirin/Tylenol. Is the effectiveness about the same or can a person who has taken Percocet and now has been switched to Percodan see about the same results? Anyone have a opinion they would please share. I am just curious about the two. The medicine papers say the same old thing. I just wanted a real opinion from a person point of view.

white - round ## Since this is a foreign med, sold commonly in Mexico, it took a bit of hunting to find. This is basically the equivilent of American Darvocet, but even slightly milder, it contains 65mgs of Propoxyphene and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. So it is not very strong at all, as a matter of fact, Propoxyphene has been proven to be a cardio-toxic agent, that they are currently trying to have removed from the US market.

round white pill with the number 512 on it and on the other side it has a split across the middle ## This is Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, a generic for Roxicet or Percocet. This is an instant release drug, the slit on the opposite side is a score line so you can break or cut the pill in half to take a lower dosage.
