Pause, Zocef And Nimulate For Irregular Bleeding During Menstrual Cycle

I was bleeding for more than a month and I have been taking pause + zocef tablets for 5 days. At one point the bleeding stopped but then continued again. I have also been taking nimulate.

Is this serious?
