Pan D Tablet Side Effect

I wanted to know the side effects of Pan-D and can it cause problems if taken for a long period and also if it is a steroid or not?

it would be really very helpful for me as i have many problems like Diabetes,Irregular heart beats,high bp,Hypothyroid,high cholesterol,vertigo.

And so i wanted to know whether this pill can cause any problem or inverse effect on any of the above mentioned diseases.
I would be really very helpful if any help could be provided to me.

No, it does not contain steroids, Pan-D contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone, it is used to treat or prevent conditions, such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.

Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence.
