They gave 4 hour dose Sunday at 6 to 10 pm at midnight put on pto no fluids than Monday at midnight pto again no fluids. 48 hours no fluids Thursday morning had renal failure as of that Monday test for kidneys was fine. I have adenocarcinoma. Primary site is on the lung and 3 bones are affected. I have been advised to take by IV Tamidronate. I am interested in knowing what side effects you have had and are there other insights you have for this drug. Thank you. ## Did you mean Pamidronate?
