Hello, Spice guy! How are you? I'm sorry you're in pain and having trouble sleeping.
Over the counter nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories are really only intended for short-term occasional use, because there can be risks associated with their long-term use, such as liver damage or stomach damage.
The best thing to do would be to use it for a short period of time, while waiting to see your doctor to get too the root of the problem and find a proper and safer solution.
The FDA lists possible side effects as including nausea, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
Is there anything else I can help with?
