Pain Management Nassau County New York

I have had 4 nerve blocks, trigger point injections, and allergic reaction to suboxone and fentalyn for three herniated discs lower back. I had to go back to oxycontin. My doctor has stopped taking workers' comp and I can't find another pain management doctor that will prescribe meds. I have been told that an operation cannot guarantee being pain free, and may make me worse, which I can't imagine living with. My life is consumed with living with this, and the government should stay out of the doctor patient relationship or question it for people who do not use drugs recreationally or abuse them. Government is scaring doctors away from treating the people who desperately need them. Does anyone know a pain management doctor in Nassau County, South Shore near Oceanside? Thanks for your help.

I located a couple websites specific to locating pain management doctors in a given area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results:

Just out of curiosity, I typed in the zip code "11706" (Bay Shore, New York) and came up with 2 results for pain doctors:
