found a white round pill with a 200 on one side and nothing on the other...does anyone have an idea of what this medication is? ## I have come across a white round pill with a imprint of 200 on one side and the other side being completely blank. I have search for almost 2 hours now over the entire Internet to no avail. I honestly have no clue as to what it is; when given to be I was told it serequel but after identifying serequel I know that cannot be it. If you find any information it please inform me aswell. Round pink pill on one side P1200. Other side is scored, on 1half it has u-5; other half, 0147 ## Hello, Cayenne! How are you? I believe the marking is actually intended to be P200 U-S 0147, this tablet is manufactured by Upsher-Smith Laboratories and they list it as being a 200mg Pacerone tablet. This medication is used to treat heart rhythm disorders. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, abnormal taste and general body discomfort. Is there anything else I can help with?

I believe Pacerone had a hand in the death of my husband is there a forum on that. ## I'm sorry for your loss. Our forums are just specific to medications, not any certain categorical discussions on them. What did he die from? Have you discussed it with his doctors? There are certain medical conditions that it should not be used with, due to some complications it may cause.
