Please Advise On Adderall Scare
UpdatedI take 90mg of Cymbalta and 900mg of Gabapentin daily for fibromyalgia. I also take Quetiapine 100mg for insomnia nightly. I am prescribed Xanax for anxiety which I take as needed not daily. My concern is that today I took 80 mg of Adderall from a co worker and within minutes my heart was racing, I started sweating like crazy for at least a couple of hours and my pupils were dilated. I looked up symptoms online and it linked me to Serotonin Syndrome. After reading the "Major" interaction Cymbalta has with Adderall, I avoided taking my daily dose of Cymbalta today. My concern is that as the day has moved along, my eyes are really sensitive to lights and although I am having hot flashes, I am cold. Sweaty palms and a mild headache. Question 1 - is this an OD? Question 2- how long after taking Adderall can I take Xanax to help calm me down. PLEASE ADVISE...feeling pretty nervous right now and would appreciate any input. PS I will never mix Adderall again with my other medications. I've heard it helps you focus...I can't concentrate on anything!!!
