Hi,
I took regestrone tablet for 2 days(on 27th and 28th day) to postpone my period by 2 days.I had unsafe sex on the 29th day.Hence I took ipill within 24 hours. Now my periods have not yet come ,delayed by 7 days. Are there any chances of getting pregnant?

Regestrone contains a Progestogen hormone and yes, there is a chance you may be pregnant, because one pill by itself may not actually prevent conception from occurring.

Have you done a pregnancy test?
