ive been on them for 4 years im in so much pain andran out thanks giving day and withdrawling please help me

Have you tried talking to your doctor?

However, you should be warned that if you are using them more often than you are supposed to and ran out early, they may not do anything to help.

There really isn't a whole lot you can do for the withdrawals other than take something over the counter for the pain and nausea.

If they get severe and dangerous, you should go to your nearest emergency treatment facility for assistance.

There is a new "drug" (for lack of a better term) called kratom. It's a Godsent! It completely cures withdrawl! And works on pain as well! It's completely natural and very cheap! you can get them in smoke shops and I swear by it. It is completely natural, It's in the coffee family, and works for opiate withdraw and/or pain control. I would highly recommend it! Do some research if you want, it is out there. Good luck
