Does Roxicodone And Hydrocodone Show Up Different On A Drug Test?

I am prescribed 5 mg 2 x a day but I ran out and was in pain, so I took Hydrocodone today and have a drug test Wednesday morning at pain doctor. I have no Percocet. Does Roxicodone show up the same as perks? Will Hydrocodone show up different?

Yes they show different. I was sick with cold and took cough medicine that contained hydrocodone and my pain Dr did the monthly drug test and it showed up and I was questioned since she prescribes me oxycodone. I was able to show her my cough medicine prescription and it was fine. They may not all check for different opiates, however my Dr does and the different ones are detected so they will know the difference.

I am sick with flu and have been throwing up so have not been taking my oxycodone as much as I could. Because I just throw it back up so when I pee on Tuesday my levels will be down. But my bottle says as needed for pain not must take. Will they take my pain contract away?

My doctor did a test on me because I take Oxycodone four times a day... but when my test came back, it said I was positive for hydrocodone. I have never had hydrocodone before and didn't know where it came from... Could you please tell me why it came back positive with hydrocodone?
