Hello, Ralph! How are you doing? Sorry that you're in pain.

There is no immediate release Oxycodone in that high of a dosage. The immediate release is only available in a 5mg capsule, anything higher than that is either regular release or time released.

And the 160mg is only available in the time released formulation, which is Oxycontin.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Do you currently have a PCP that can refer you to someone? That would most likely be the most speedy and easiest way to get the help you need.
