Oxicodone 30m

I been going to pain management for 6 months and they prescribe me oxicodone 10 for 3 months but I still having a lot of pain I have back problems and hemochromatosis I want to try oxicodone 30 but I don't know how to ask my doctor I feel embarrassed to ask hem can some body told me what can I do or what symptoms should I told my doctor that I have

Hi Petra,

You definitely shouldn't feel embarrassed to ask for something stronger. They don't know how significant the pain you have is. Many people react differently to the same dosage of a drug and they cannot judge you for stating that it isn't strong enough for your condition. To my understanding you simply make an appointment with your doctor and sit down and talk to him about the pain you're experiencing and how the oxycodone 10 just doesn't cut it. Your doctor is only human so treat him like a friend and he will hear you out and make a change to your prescription based on how extreme the pain is. If your doctor doesn't listen to you then you deserve to see someone else who will.

Thank you very much you make me feel better I have a app on the 18 th but the only reason why I feel embarrassed is because some dr think that people only wants to gate high on medication but I really have a lot of pain but thank you for your help
