Hormonal contraceptives are some of the most common options for regulating menstrual cycles. However they're not available over the counter here in the United States. The only OTC options I'm semi-familiar with for being used in such a manner are herbal options including Saw Palmetto and Wild Yam root (Discorea villosa); which I would encourage you to research and discuss with your gynecologist or naturopathic doctor for specific details regarding proper dosing & administration.

I hope this helps!
