Oval White Pill With 553 On One Side

Can't find what these two pills are. Found them in a car. It's an oval shaped white pill with 553 on one side and blank on the other.

I also found two white oblong pills with 533 only on one side no markings on the other. Can you identify them for me please? Thank you for your time

Is there any chance that the imprint is S53 as opposed to 553?

According to DailyMed, a white oval pill with S53 on one side that's reportedly identified as an Extra Strength Headache Relief tablet, containing a combination of acetaminophen (250 mg) + aspirin (250 mg) + caffeine (65 mg). (NDC 68210-0017, Manufactured by Spirit Pharmaceuticals)

Inactive Ingredients:

- Silicon Dioxide
- Hypromellose, Unspecified
- Microcrystalline Cellulose
- Polyethylene Glycol, Unspecified
- Povidone K30
- Starch, Corn
- Stearic Acid
- Talc

The white oblong caplet 553 (S53) and blank on other side is a generic Excedrin extra strength, containing:

- Acetaminophen 250mg (Tylenol)
- Aspirin (NSAID) 250 mg
- Caffeine 65mg

It's also made by Assured Greenbrier intentional (DOLLAR TREE). Most of time these have been shaken so badly that the S53 looks almost identical to 553. If ever in doubt, take to any pharmacy. They will tell you what it is, what its for and give it back, no names asked. Please never take meds that you are not yours or prescribed to you. Even a simple headache med could have been tampered with.
