Opana (oxymorphone) has an average half-life of 7-9hrs. Knowing this, you can simply divide the dose you took in half every 7-9 hours (after you took the injection/oral tablet) and so forth until the math becomes small decimals. This can give you an idea of how much of your dose is still in your system at any given time.

Keep in mind though that if your expecting a drug test any time soon, the length of time following drug use for which a positive result may occur is also dependent upon several factors including the frequency and amount of usage, metabolic rate, excretion rate, drug half-life, and the drug users age, weight, activity, and diet.

When you mention "availability", are you referring to Oxymorphone's bioavailability? (i.e. how much of it your body uses). If you are, my research says that it only has 10% bioavailability if taken orally.

We spoke with the manufacturer over the phone (Endo pharmaceuticals) and they stated that Opana ER has a shelf life of 3 years. Can anyone else's experience corroborate this? Their phone number is (866) 395-8301.
