Oligocare appears to be a vitamin supplement which is supposed to help increase male sperm count. The recommended duration is 3 months, with periodic testing of sperm count.

According to Dr. Aniruddha Malpani there is no way of improving sperm count or motility. Please get it re-checked again. If it is persistently low, then your best option would be ICSI [1]

What other information or experiences have you had with this? Any other questions or details please post back...

I am married for about 06 years. At first we did not want to get the baby for three years. For this purpose we did not take any long period process. My wife had taken pills only for first two months after our marriage and I only had taken the external dotted system for those three years. After that we wanted to have a baby and tried for 06 months .But the result remained zero. Then I went to a respective specialist and made some clinical experiments. The results of experiments were in serial as follows: Antisperm antibody: concentration-42.3u/ml,Opinion-Negative,Cov-60u/ml, Serum FSH -4.4mIU/ml (ref-1.5-11.5mIU/ml), Serum LH-3.5mIU/ml(ref-1.1-8.2mIU/ml),Serum Testosterone-692ng/dl(ref male-262-1593ng/dl),Serum Prolactin-7.4ng/ml(ref-4.0-18ng/ml),Serum TSH-2.30micro lu/ml(ref-0.27-4.20 micro lu/ml),VDRL-Non-reactive, Blood for TPH-Negative. For infection at first I have taken (a).Ciprofloxin 500mg =02xTablets in a day for 04weeks.After that (b).Azythromycin 500mg=01xTablet in a day for 12 weeks. Thereafter to remove the infection I have taken (c) Zemiflox 320mg=01xTablet for 10 days. I have made experiments of my wife. But the gynecologist suggested that my wife has no problems. Her menstruation is always clear and it occurred duly and regularly. When I take medicine it increases the sperm count and sperm motility but when I stop the medication then it decrease the sperm count and sperm motility. This is the conditions of me. Now I desire to have a baby by my sperm in a normal living together with my wife. Few specialists have suggested me to have a baby by test tube or any other made process. But we are not agree to have a baby by these processes except normal living together with my wife. Is it possible to have a baby in a normal process by increasing the sperm count and sperm motility of me or not, if it is possible or not, please inform me through the email of me.
