Ocrevus - Burning skin sensation

Has anyone experienced a burning skin sensation from Ocrevus? For me, it is occurring in my back and buttocks. It is worse when I press up against any surface; sitting, laying, driving make it feel worse. Seems as though these symptoms started right around the time I started Ocrevus. ## It is possible that this is due to a side effect of the Ocrevus, it has been known to cause various types of pain, in some people, as well as depression, cough, skin infections, and peripheral edema. However, there is also a chance that it is a symptom of your medical condition, so it would be best to speak to your doctor to be sure. Are you on any other medications?

Ocrevus infusion time to take effect

How long do I have to wait for the medicine take effect? I still have a migraine and dizziness every day. I first infusion was on 8/2 then two weeks later my second infusion was on 8/18. Thank you. ## Do symptoms get worse before they get better while taking Ocrevus? I have not seen any positive effects of Ocrevus. Anyone have the same result? ## Everyone is different, so there is no definitive time frame that can be given, it can vary from person to person, and may depend on the severity of your condition, as well as any recent flares. The FDA lists its most common side effects as possibly including administration site reaction, redness, irritation, swelling, and headache. Did you continue to receive these infusions? If so, how are you doing, now? Are you on any other medications?

Ocrevus AWP pricing

I am trying to locate the AWP for Ocrevus. Any ideas? I have not been able to locate it anywhere. Thank you. ## Hi Nan, In order to retrieve the average wholesale price (AWP) for any particular product or medication, it would seem to me that you'd need to contact the manufacturer (Genentech) directly [at gene.com/contact-us] and submit an inquiry. You can also visit Ocrevus.com to view their various financial support programs that help cover the cost of Ocrevus. Have you discussed this in any detail with your local pharmacy by chance? I'd imagine that this might even be your best bet seeing as you'd have to pick it up and pay for it through them as it is with any prescription drug?
