Hello, BJ! How are you?

No, the closest you could get would most likely be Benadryl, which contains the active ingredient Diphenhydramine. It's an excellent antihistamine and usually the first choice used in most ERs to treat allergic reactions, but it doesn't have the same potent sedating effects that Vistaril does.

If you need to switch, please check the safety of doing so with your doctor.
