i found tramadol adad pills on my girlfriend.after a 6yr fight to clean her up.(i was looking in her coat 4 keys)she shows sighns of being stoned but allways passes drug tests @ work.i took them to the pharmacist.i was told u CAN pass a urine test on these.is this true & why?

this pill is not a narcotic if u take anough they will give u a stoned feeling but makes me sick lol thats y she passes a drug test cuz there is no drug in it its a pain killer even pregnat women can take that pill

The tablet with the A 06 marking contains 20mgs of Citalopram, which is an SSRI class antidepressant.

It was actually derived from an opiate in an attempt to make a medication that had all of the benefits of narcotics, without the risks. But what they ended up with is one that is much milder and still has the associated risks.
