Hi, I recently started the nur-isterate injection. I had my first injection late august and my due day to get it again is next week. I have unprotected intercourse due to being protected and it being more spontaneous in the moment. I have been experiencing breast pain and nausea the last week. I'm not sure if it's the nur-isterate wearing off or symptoms of me having stopped smoking. I stopped smoking about two weeks ago. I stopped smoking because I was sick and wasn't getting better even after being on antibiotics. Any advice if it's possible for me to be pregnant or just symptoms from having stopped smoking?

Hello, Laura!

Those are not typical symptoms of having stopped smoking. It is most likely due to the injection wearing off, but there is also a chance that it may be due to pregnancy.

Other symptoms may include headache, weight gain, and dizziness.

Has there been any change? Have you checked for pregnancy?
